The aloha that the sky after the rain bestowed upon us, just for today

On the way back from visiting Waikele, Oahu, Hawaii, I happened to look up at the sky and saw a large rainbow arching over the town as if embracing it.

In Hawaii, rainbows are cherished as a symbol of the "Rainbow State" and are also said to bring good fortune and blessings. Rainbows that appear after a squall are a special sight that never fails to move me, no matter how many times I encounter them in everyday life.

Just a few minutes while waiting at a traffic light. This gift from nature was visible only for that short time. It wasn't a coincidence I encountered only because I was traveling; in Hawaii, such感动 (deep emotion/inspiration) breathes even in everyday life.

This piece not only captures memories of my trip but also the air and light of Hawaii, and "moments when an ordinary day becomes special."

I hope that each time you display it in your room, it will bring back memories of that day you looked up at the Hawaiian sky and lighten your heart a little.

How to choose the color of a picture frame

We are often asked, "What color is best for a picture frame?" There are two ways to choose. The first is to choose a frame that matches the picture. Darker pictures should be paired with darker frames, and lighter pictures with lighter frames. A white frame is recommended for cooler colors, and a natural frame for warmer colors. The second is to choose a frame that matches the color of the room. Choose a frame color that matches the color of the floor and furniture. If the room is decorated with white floors and furniture, choose a white frame; if the floors and furniture are natural, choose a natural frame; if the floors and furniture are dark, choose a brown frame; and if the room is monochromatic, choose a black frame.
