With cherry blossoms in full bloom behind me

Two years ago in the spring, my second son entered university.
Before leaving home, I stopped by the local shrine to say hello.
April 3rd, when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom.

It was the summer of my second year of high school when I decided to take the entrance exam for Tsukuba University.
My second son, who always puts his all into everything he does, has started studying louder and more like a madman than ever before.
Hours and hours.

Since there are no guarantees when it comes to exams, I came to this shrine every day to make wishes for a year.
Without telling my second son.
On the day of the announcement, there was no notice from the school, and I couldn't eat anything until I got home.
He said, "The other person didn't make it, so there's no way I could make the call," and I was grateful for his kindness.

This photo of cherry blossoms was taken when my second son graduated from high school at the top of his class and before he headed to Tsukuba.
He set off on his journey alone with this cherry blossom behind him.
The second son will also be celebrating his coming-of-age ceremony.

How to choose the color of a picture frame

We are often asked, "What color is best for a picture frame?" There are two ways to choose. The first is to choose a frame that matches the picture. Darker pictures should be paired with darker frames, and lighter pictures with lighter frames. A white frame is recommended for cooler colors, and a natural frame for warmer colors. The second is to choose a frame that matches the color of the room. Choose a frame color that matches the color of the floor and furniture. If the room is decorated with white floors and furniture, choose a white frame; if the floors and furniture are natural, choose a natural frame; if the floors and furniture are dark, choose a brown frame; and if the room is monochromatic, choose a black frame.
