It is located on the slopes of Mount Arakura in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and was developed in 1959.
This is one of the city's best viewpoints, offering a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and the city.

It is introduced as a "symbol of Japan" in overseas textbooks and other publications.

The Chureito Pagoda (war memorial tower) at the center of the park is a five-story pagoda.
It was erected in 1962 and is a symbol of the city.
It is 19.5 meters tall and was designed based on the five-story pagoda of Shitennoji Temple in Osaka.
It was built over a period of three years, starting in 1959.

There are about 650 Somei-Yoshino cherry trees planted in the garden.
You can enjoy the view of Mount Fuji and the Chureito Pagoda in this park, surrounded by pine, cypress, zelkova, etc.
It was developed using land borrowed from the Fuji Sengen Shrine's shrine forest.

How to choose the color of a picture frame

We are often asked, "What color is best for a picture frame?" There are two ways to choose. The first is to choose a frame that matches the picture. Darker pictures should be paired with darker frames, and lighter pictures with lighter frames. A white frame is recommended for cooler colors, and a natural frame for warmer colors. The second is to choose a frame that matches the color of the room. Choose a frame color that matches the color of the floor and furniture.
