A place where the air changes

Amidst the unchanging trees in the forest, there was a different air flowing only there. There was a light, as if there was a stage beyond, and surely something dwelling there. There are moments in nature when a mysterious power resides, and this time too there was a power residing there. A place where I only took one photo, and that photo spoke to me.

Born and raised in Hokkaido, he graduated from the Department of Architecture at Sapporo Municipal College of Technology.
Since I was a child, the world I saw was in nature, with the trees and natural scenery all serving as my canvas, and I felt the joy and excitement of creating something from scratch.
I discovered cameras while attending a technical college, and was inspired by the advertising posters by Asai Shinpei for Sanwa Shurui Co., Ltd.'s "Iichiko" brand. I have come to realize the preciousness and joy of capturing the world I see on a single photo, as well as the inspiration I feel from those who view it in the same way, and have continued to do so to this day.

How to choose the color of a picture frame

We are often asked, "What color is best for a picture frame?" There are two ways to choose. The first is to choose a frame that matches the picture. Darker pictures should be paired with darker frames, and lighter pictures with lighter frames. A white frame is recommended for cooler colors, and a natural frame for warmer colors. The second is to choose a frame that matches the color of the room. Choose a frame color that matches the color of the floor and furniture. If the room is decorated with white floors and furniture, choose a white frame; if the floors and furniture are natural, choose a natural frame; if the floors and furniture are dark, choose a brown frame; and if the room is monochromatic, choose a black frame.
