Enjoy a brief respite with the spring sunshine on your lightly clad back and the scent of mimosa.

Mimosas are in full bloom outside the window.
The spring breeze gently carries the petals and fragrance.

Inside the room were a scantily clad girl, a script, and pointe shoes.

This shows my daughter's busy daily life, where even on her days off between performances she cannot escape lessons and rehearsals.

This song expresses the feelings of a parent who watches their daughter walk away every day and wishes that she will have time to feel at peace and appreciate the spring.

The flower language of mimosa is "elegance, friendship, and gratitude."

It expresses gratitude for the people my daughter has been blessed with and for her good health.

Aya Mitsusai

Born in 1968 in downtown Tokyo. Currently living in Saitama. As a child, I grew up in a densely built-up area near paper mills and housing complexes, and had no interest in the scenery. The sky peeking through the gaps in the buildings seemed gray, small, and a very narrow world. It was only after moving to a rural town that I was moved for the first time by the vastness of the sky and the beauty of its changing scenery. Since then, I have wanted to share the beautiful scenery of the four seasons, such as cherry blossoms, rice ears, cosmos, and snow-capped Mount Fuji, with the people I care about, and I have been capturing them in photographs.
